Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Senior Manager in the US to oversee day-to-day pharmacy program operations, driving new initiatives to improve patient access while maintaining budgets.

You will partner with Brand Marketing, Managed Markets, and external partners, develop dashboards, and ensure SOPs are followed. Strong cross-functional collaboration and vendor management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent.
• 7+ years in patient services operations, pharmaceutical sales, marketing, market insights, or managed markets.
• 3+ years in strategic market access or pharmacy operations in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to translate strategies into measurable programs with ROI.
• Agency/vendor management experience required.
• Ability to lead and collaborate on cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and implement pharmacy capabilities and ongoing management of pharmacy programs.
• Support inline and future launch products; supervising vendors related to pharmacy support programs.
• Partner with existing patient support program leads with focus on operational excellence.
• Develop performance dashboards and interpret data for market access KPIs.
• Understand competitive environment and access strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to design and implement pharmacy programs that support patient objectives.
• Champion integrated approach across teams to provide best-in-class service.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
• Enhance customer experience via benchmarking, feedback, auditing, and call monitoring.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for US patient support; manage vendors against contracts and budgets.
• Deliver program updates at POAs and other meetings.
• Negotiate contracts/SOWs and budgets for services.
