Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Program Manager to lead high-stakes, multi-million-dollar government healthcare implementations, including Medicare, Medicaid, and D-SNP portfolios.

You will align clinical, compliance, provider network, actuarial, and IT teams to navigate CMS and state guidelines, manage risk, and drive scalable program outcomes while maintaining strict scope, time, and budget constraints.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of work experience in project management.
• Experience delivering business solutions using information technology.
• PMP or Certification in Project Management (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver defined corporate programs on time and within budget.
• Organize and coordinate activities to align resources with program objectives.
• Engage with executive sponsors to clarify business objectives and success metrics.
• Monitor progress and financial health; report to senior leadership as needed.
• Assess risks and implement mitigation strategies across multiple workstreams.
• As needed, partner with procurement to manage service contracts and vendor relationships.
• Supervise or coordinate efforts with contractors as applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
