• Experience managing utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs, preferably in New England.
• Strong leadership to coach and develop program managers and cross-functional teams.
• Build trusted relationships with utility clients, implementation partners, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple clients, contracts, and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for multiple utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs in New England.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact while ensuring contract execution and satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and develop program managers and staff.
• Oversee budgets, staffing plans, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Monitor performance, regulatory compliance, reporting, quality assurance, and KPIs.
