Job summary

Turner & Townsend, a global professional services firm, seeks an Associate Director Program Manager to support a hyperscale data center client across the United States. You will oversee LOI through lease execution, coordinating design, energy, cost, schedule, and real estate teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong leadership, urgency, and a proven ability to influence stakeholders to drive successful outcomes in complex programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program or project management, controls, or construction management.
• Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to drive outcomes across diverse teams and priorities.
• Experience with capital programs or portfolio reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead up to five concurrent data center site opportunities from LOI through lease execution.
• Drive program governance, action tracking, risk management, and decision-making processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning design, power/energy, cost management, scheduling, real estate.
• Monitor milestones and resolve issues affecting deal progression.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and executive updates with internal and client stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain program reporting, dashboards, metrics, risks, and action logs.
• Ensure alignment between project objectives, commercial requirements, and timelines.
• Escalate risks and propose practical mitigation strategies.
