Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Six or more years of experience in project management or related roles; healthcare/pharma background preferred.
• Strong ability to streamline project intake procedures and manage workflows.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to inform prioritization and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Manage timelines for strategic initiatives and ensure deliverables meet schedules.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders using project management tools.
• Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Oversee proposal submission processes with clear, consistent documentation.
