Sinclair Digital — Program Management is seeking a Principal Program Manager to lead enterprise-scale initiatives across Product, Engineering, Data, and business teams in a Seattle hybrid setting. The role emphasizes strong governance, planning, and AI-enabled tooling to improve delivery and efficiency.

The successful candidate will establish clear outcomes, ownership, and milestones, while reducing uncertainty and strengthening cross-functional collaboration across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program management or related field.
• Experience leading complex, high-visibility digital or software programs across multiple teams.
• Strong knowledge of digital product development and software delivery lifecycle.
• Excellent business-analysis and process-design skills.
• Experience improving program-management practices and governance.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead ambiguous, high-impact initiatives across Product, Engineering, Data, Support, station teams, and other business stakeholders.
• Translate strategic goals into clear outcomes, milestones, owners, dependencies, and success measures.
• Frame choices, surface tradeoffs, and provide clear recommendations to enable timely decisions.
• Identify and manage risks and cross-team dependencies with practical mitigation plans.
• Drive programs through launch readiness, adoption, and operational handoff.
• Provide decision-ready visibility for teams and leaders without excessive reporting.
