Job summary

Sinclair Broadcast Group is seeking a Manager of AI Enablement to identify and frame operational AI opportunities across the business, translating them into actionable briefs for the AI Product and Delivery teams. You will build relationships with leaders, observe processes, and help prioritize and govern the AI opportunity pipeline.

You will work across departments, guiding discovery, validation, and adoption while remaining focused on practical, not theoretical, AI value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum of four years of professional experience in a large organization.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity and problem framing.
• Proficiency in Excel and data literacy.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships across departments to surface opportunities.
• Observe work processes to identify friction and inefficiency.
• Translate opportunities into clear project briefs and hand off to build teams.
• Manage the AI opportunity pipeline from intake to approved-for-build.
• Support executive communications and track impact.
