Job summary

West 4th Strategy seeks an experienced Program Integrator for the DCMA to support Phase 1 of the Blue UAS Cleared List program. You will coordinate government and contractor activities, develop project schedules, and prepare status materials to ensure alignment with program goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (Business/Management or related) and 10+ years of progressive project management within defense programs; PMP certification is preferred and a U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, management, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years progressive project management experience with schedule and quality tracking in defense programs.
• Active PMP certification preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multi-tenant or cross-functional stakeholder networks and deliver rigorous programmatic artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Supports planning, coordination, execution, and integration of Government Blue List projects and functional areas.
• Coordinates with Government PMs, CORs, leads, CPM, and stakeholders to support project execution.
• Develops implementation plans, procedures, project strategies, and recommendations for process improvements.
