Job summary

RTX, the world's largest aerospace and defense company, is seeking a Sr Program Integrator (PI) in Tucson, AZ to lead program captures, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and guide IMS/EVMS from proposal to execution.

The role requires a transferable U.S. government security clearance, strong leadership of cross‑functional teams, and the ability to align cost, schedule, and technical performance with customer goals while maintaining program cadence onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant program management experience.
• Experience interfacing with customers and shaping program direction.
• Experience with IMS/EVMS and cost/schedule management.

Responsibilities

• Lead responses to RFIs and RFPs, including proposal preparation and negotiations.
• Manage proposal strategy, planning, schedules and internal reviews.
• Monitor and guide technical teams to support customer goals.
• Demonstrate strong communication with leadership and customers.
• Implement IMS and EVMS to meet EAC requirements.
• Lead program cadence reviews, IPT/CPT, MMRs and staffing reviews.
• Coordinate customer program reviews and visits.
• Support risk/opportunity processes aligned to financial goals.
• Travel domestically up to 25% for business needs.
