Job summary

Monte Sano Research Corporation in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Program Integrator to support the IFMC and AMD MC PdO offices. You will coordinate budgets, contracts, and schedules for AIAMD-related software capabilities and platforms, including IBCS, Patriot, and related sensors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business, financial, contract, and software management activities.
• Strong understanding of AIAMD systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support AMD MC PdO leadership on business, financial, contract, and program management activities for software capability.
• Coordinate with PMO contracts, budget, acquisition and engineering teams for cost estimates and strategies.
• Codify user requirements and plan current and future year budgets.
• Provide reviews to determine project status and manage risk to schedules.
• Coordinate IPTs, meetings, and working groups; prepare briefings and minutes.
• Maintain historical PMO/PdO archives for governance and knowledge.
