Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Sr. Manager, Program Finance (Agile Electro-Optical Business) for its Wilmington, MA operations. The role leads FP&A, earned value management, and financial planning across large programs within the AEO Business Area.

You will collaborate with the GM and program managers to drive strategy, performance, and business growth while ensuring compliance with policies and timely financial deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 12+ years of relevant experience; or a graduate degree with 10+ years of experience.
• In lieu of a degree, 16+ years of related experience acceptable.
• 5+ years professional experience with FAR, CAS, GAAP and Earned Value Management.
• Experience running a business area portfolio of $50M+ in aerospace or defense.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance of the business area including FP&A and EVMS.
• Provide financial leadership and develop a capable finance team.
• Lead and integrate change management and process improvements.
• Develop financial reporting to support strategic decisions.
