Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Program Finance to lead a finance team, analyze program costs, and deliver financial insights to the IPT and senior leadership.

You will own P&L metrics, monitor labor, material, subcontract, and ODC costs against budgets and forecasts. The role requires strong expertise in EVMS, EAC, and cost management across multiple contract types, with a focus on delivering accurate forecasts and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of experience, or graduate degree with 7+ years.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and analyze data, generate financial reports, and provide guidance on program financial status to IPT and senior leadership.
• Prepare Estimates at Completion (EAC) for direct charge programs with cross-functional IPT.
• Support Earned Value Management (EVMS) reporting requirements and EV deliverables.
