The TDL Division within L3Harris Spectrum Superiority Division is seeking a Specialist, Program Finance in Carlsbad, CA. You will manage project controls, set up projects in SAP, monitor costs, perform EAC analyses, and support forecasting with cross-functional IPTs.

You will work on government contracts in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to obtain a US Secret clearance if needed. L3Harris offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) with 4+ years of related experience; graduate degree preferred.
• Graduate Degree plus 2+ years of related experience; in lieu of a degree, 8 years+ experience.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and activate projects, service orders, and production work orders in SAP.
• Monitor costs and perform financial analyses for labor, materials, subcontract, and ODC vs. budget/forecast.
• Prepare EAC for direct-charge programs with cross-functional IPTs.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and cash forecasting processes.
• Identify drivers of deviations through variance analysis and advise leadership.
