Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a SrAssociate, Program Finance in Carlsbad, CA to support business acquisition and program execution financial functions. You will set up and validate invoices, guide billing with Contracts and Program Finance, and ensure timely processing per contract terms.

The role offers exposure to internal and external stakeholders, audit support, and opportunities to participate in process improvements while advancing in a defense tech environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, MBA or related field, or completed within last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the financial functions associated with the business acquisition process (proposals) and program execution process (programs).
• Responsible for setting up, validating and generating complex invoices to various customers.
• Ensure all assigned invoices are processed and completed in a timely manner per the terms and conditions of the contract.
• Responsible for daily customer interface and billing guidance to Contracts and Program Finance.
• Perform required invoice and account receivable reconciliations to ensure billing accuracy.
• Support internal and external audits; actively participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Support cash application process through research and reconciliation.

Education

Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Mathematics or related field
