Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in program finance, program controls, FP&A, or a related finance/accounting role.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong Microsoft Office and Excel modeling skills and comfort working with large datasets.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and be eligible to apply for and maintain a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own contract-level financial management across assigned AA programs, including monthly EAC / ETC development and cost/schedule variance analysis.
• Maintain the contract value baseline in Excel/Oracle - navigating varying contract types (FFP/CPFF), BCWS phasing, reforecasting, change control, and monthly status reports.
• Partner with Program Managers and Engineering Leads to build and challenge bottoms-up forecasts for remaining work (labor hours, materials, subcontracts, ODCs).
• Prepare monthly program financial reviews, including profit margin and gross margin surveillance, variance explanations, and funding/billing position.
• Reconcile monthly billings to cost performance; support unbilled AR, revenue recognition inputs, and month-end close deliverables.
• Track and analyze unit cost trends versus forecast, surface drivers to leadership.
• Support pricing, proposals, and ROM estimates for contract modifications and follow-on work.
• Build and maintain reporting in Oracle, Anaplan, and Foundry to automate recurring program financial deliverables.
• Contribute to long-range planning and the annual operating plan for the AA business line.
• Drive continuous improvement in program controls tools, templates, and procedures.
