Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in program finance, program controls, FP&A, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills with large data sets.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• U.S. citizen eligible to apply for and maintain a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support contract-level financial management across assigned AA programs, including monthly EAC/ETC management and cost/schedule variance analysis.
• Maintain the contract value baseline in Excel/Oracle with BCWS phasing and reforecasting processes.
• Build bottoms-up forecasts for remaining work (labor hours, materials, subcontracts, ODCs).
• Prepare monthly program financial reporting, gross profit surveillance, and variance explanations.
• Reconcile monthly billings to cost performance; support unbilled AR and month-end close deliverables.
• Track unit cost trends vs. forecast and surface drivers to leadership.
• Support pricing, proposals, and ROM estimates for contract modifications.
• Build/report in Oracle, Anaplan, and Foundry to automate recurring deliverables.
• Contribute to long-range planning and annual operating plan for AA business.
• Drive continuous improvement in program controls tools and templates.
