Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA, seeks a Senior Manager, Program Finance to own end-to-end financial leadership for a portfolio of complex Commercial and DoD programs across multiple contract types. You will set the operating cadence for product costing, funding/billing, EAC rigor, and executive-ready insights while scaling processes and talent.

The role requires 8–12+ years in DoD/program finance, strong Excel/modeling skills, and experience with ERP, Deltek Cobra, and MS Project.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
8–12+ years of progressive experience in DoD/government contract finance or program finance.
Demonstrated ownership of EAC development and forecasting discipline.
Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS and Contracts collaboration.
Experience with manufacturing/production finance in hardware or production environments.
Advanced Excel/modeling skills; strong ERP/reporting/tooling.

Responsibilities

Own program financial performance for a portfolio of complex commercial and government contracts across contract types.
Lead EAC and forecast governance and risk/opportunity tracking.
Partner with Program Management and Contracts on CLIN structure, funding, burn, billing, and reporting.
Lead monthly FP&A forecasting with focus on program changes.
Drive margin, COGS, inventory, and working-capital insights with Ops/Supply Chain.
Own AOP/LRP planning deliverables and align to leadership commitments.
Support baseline management and interpret variances for internal/external reviews.
