Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Program Financial Analyst to own the financial health of AA contracts end-to-end. You will partner daily with Program Managers, Engineering Leads, and the Finance team to build bottoms-up forecasts, maintain baselines, and drive margin performance.

You'll build and validate Excel models, upload in Oracle, and use Anaplan and Foundry to automate recurring program deliverables, translating execution risk into financial impact for leadership.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in program finance, program controls, FP&A, or a related finance/accounting role.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong Microsoft Office and Excel modeling skills and comfort working with large datasets.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and be eligible to apply for and maintain a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own contract-level financial management across assigned AA programs, including monthly EAC / ETC development and cost/schedule variance analysis.
• Maintain the contract value baseline in Excel/Oracle - navigating varying contract types and BCWS phasing.
• Partner with Program Managers and Engineering Leads to build and challenge bottoms-up forecasts for remaining work.
• Prepare monthly program financial reviews, including profit margin and gross margin surveillance and variance explanations.
• Reconcile monthly billings to cost performance; support unbilled AR and month-end close deliverables.
• Track and analyze unit cost trends versus forecast and surface drivers to leadership.
• Support pricing, proposals, and ROM estimates for contract modifications and follow-on work.
• Build and maintain reporting in Oracle, Anaplan, and Foundry to automate recurring program deliverables.
• Contribute to long-range planning and the annual operating plan for the AA business line.
• Drive continuous improvement in program controls tools, templates, and procedures.
