Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to provide dedicated program finance support for the AD&S division. You will forecast hardware cost build-ups, track variances, and work with PMs, Supply Chain, and Accounting to ensure cost visibility.

You will develop bottoms-up cost models, quantify material and labor costs, and support forecasting tools. The role emphasizes autonomous work and clear financial storytelling for leadership.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of FP&A, program finance, or cost analysis experience in hardware manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience building cost models for physical products.
• Understanding material, labor, and indirect costs in manufacturing/defense lifecycle.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting financial narratives to non-finance stakeholders.
• Proficiency with financial systems; experience with ERP (Oracle preferred).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Aufgaben

• Forecast cost for hardware programs from development to production.
• Build bottoms-up cost models: material, labor, overhead across the build cycle.
• Track actuals vs baselines; perform root-cause analysis with teams.
• Deliver monthly program financials and narratives to leadership.
• Reconcile procurement activity, inventory movements, cost postings.
• Improve FP&A/ERP forecasting workflows (Oracle, Anaplan, Foundry).
• Assist in pricing activities and cost proposals.
• Contribute to long-range planning and ramp modeling.
• Improve reporting accuracy and data integrity.
