Job summary

Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee designated clinical staff and provide direct care as needed. The role includes a full-time supervisory function with administrative duties handled by the Program Coordinator.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in a clinical behavioral health discipline, with two years post-degree experience and at least one year of supervisory experience. Licensure and clearances are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a clinical behavioral health discipline from a regionally accredited institution.
• Two years post-degree experience in the behavioral health field.
• One year of supervisory experience or equivalent in relevant training preferred.
• License required: LPC, LCSW, CADC or CAADC.
• Clearances: Child Abuse, Criminal, and fingerprint-based federal history; not on Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and consultation to program staff.
• Ensure compliance with licensure standards and program SOPs.
• Support program staff with ongoing professional development and evaluation.
