Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree and 12+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 10+ years of experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. government security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required for access to program information.
• Experience leading complex programs and engaging DoD customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team to deliver commitments with customers (e.g., U.S. Army).
• Manage contract lifecycle, cost, schedule, and performance of large/complex programs.
• P&L responsibility for funded efforts and associations.
• Anticipate program challenges and direct resources to resolve issues.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure alignment with objectives and compliance.
• Provide executive-level oversight across cost, schedule, technical performance, risk, sustainment, and quality.
