Job summary

SAIC seeks a TS/SCI Cleared Program Director to lead a mission-critical Task Order within the SOF Enterprise Digital Talent Program (SEDTP). This senior leader will drive strategic execution, personnel alignment, quality assurance, and enterprise-wide coordination across the SOCOM portfolio on site in Tampa, FL.

The role requires senior leadership with a history of managing large programs ($50M+ yearly) and a dispersed workforce, plus experience with AI and digital transformation in a military

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 15+ years of experience, or Master's with 12+ years of experience.
• Demonstrated leadership of large-scale enterprise programs valued at $50M+ annually.
• Experience leading data and AI implementation and digital transformation in a military setting.
• Proven ability to manage a large dispersed workforce (300+ personnel).
• SOF Enterprise knowledge with multiple SOF commands and HQ engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management and direction for the Task Order execution.
• Oversee planning, budgeting, and risk management for a $100M+ enterprise contract.
• Implement quality assurance to meet contract performance metrics.
• Lead personnel placement across CONUS and OCONUS locations with compliance.
• Collaborate with USSOCOM leaders to align with mission objectives.
• Coordinate security clearances and personnel assignments for collateral and SCI.
