Job summary

GardaWorld Security in Seattle, WA is seeking a Senior Program Director - Security to lead and manage complex client engagements, ensuring exceptional on-site performance and strategic security program oversight. You will coordinate with client contacts, review compliance, manage billing, analyze data, and prepare detailed reports.

The role emphasizes testing security operations, delivering Quarterly Business Reviews, and driving continuous improvement for the client’s security program.

Qualifications

  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • At least three (3) years of experience as a security manager or similar position.
  • Proven track record of handling increasingly complex responsibilities.
  • Great leadership and problem-solving skills, able to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Good at building relationships, communicating, and paying attention to details.
  • Professional, self-driven, and skilled in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Able to work independently and anticipate client needs with a proactive approach.
  • Experience using relevant security technology and equipment (CCTV, access control, badging, visitor management).
  • Positive, energetic, and good at strategic thinking and financial planning.
  • Experienced in managing projects and staying calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client management and operational coordination during security incidents and issues impacting client operations.
  • Communicate regularly with key client contacts and GardaWorld Branch Teams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with affiliate accounts.
  • Improve security operations, service delivery, and program effectiveness with client stakeholders.
  • Meet and maintain contracted KPIs.
  • Guide customers through integration projects, contracts, RFPs, and onboarding.
  • Deliver detailed presentations including Quarterly Business Reviews for client stakeholders.
  • Update business databases (CRM, ERP).
  • Review MSA compliance at branch and site levels.
  • Develop and evaluate security and crisis management plans.
  • Manage client billing and follow-ups for overdue payments.
  • Keep Client Summary Forms (CSF) and Account Summary Forms (ASF) current.
  • Collaborate with Crisis24 partners by supporting their SOW and client deliverables.
  • Analyze data and prepare internal reports.
  • Provide precise pricing estimates with local branch and executive sponsor.

  • Competitive Salary: $165,000- $175,000 / year
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. This position may require long hours and weekend work.

Your Responsibilities as a Senior Program Director - Security

Client Management

  • Provide operational leadership and coordination during security incidents, emergencies, and issues impacting client operations.
  • Communicate regularly with key client contacts and regional GardaWorld Branch Teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate accounts.
  • Partner with client stakeholders to continuously improve security operations, service delivery, and program effectiveness.
  • Meet and maintain contracted KPIs.
  • Guide customers through integration projects, contracts, RFPs, and onboarding.
  • Deliver detailed presentations focused on client needs, specifically assembling and presenting a comprehensive Quarterly Business Review for client stakeholders.

Operational Oversight

  • Update business databases (CRM, ERP).
  • Review MSA compliance at branch and site levels.
  • Develop and evaluate security and crisis management plans.
  • Manage client billing, including DSO assessments and overdue payment follow-ups.
  • Keep Client Summary Forms (CSF) and Account Summary Forms (ASF) current.
  • Collaborate with Crisis24 partners by supporting their SOW and client deliverables.

Data And Financial Management

  • Analyze data and prepare internal reports.
  • Provide precise pricing estimates in collaboration with the local branch and executive sponsor.

Communication And Reporting

  • Write reports, client communications, instructional materials, and operating guidelines.
  • Demonstrate expertise in financial forecasting and margin analysis.
