Job summary

Jannus, Inc. seeks a strategic State Refugee Coordinator - Senior Program Director to oversee refugee resettlement in Idaho.

You will lead a mission-driven team, coordinate with local agencies, and guide program operations in Boise while strengthening community relationships and policy engagement. The role requires deep knowledge of refugee programs, funding mechanisms, and diplomacy to align diverse partners.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-functioning teams and sustaining a positive team culture.
• Background in refugee resettlement with knowledge of local and federal funding.
• Ability to build relationships with ethnic communities, policy makers, faith-based organizations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee refugee resettlement in Idaho as State Refugee Coordinator.
• Lead the Idaho Office for Refugees as Senior Program Director and drive strategy.
• Develop funding partnerships and act as policy liaison with state/federal entities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable guidelines and maintain stakeholder collaborations.
