You will lead refugee resettlement efforts across Idaho, directing a high-performing team and building productive relationships with communities, policymakers, and partners.

The role requires deep knowledge of local and federal funding, diplomacy, and the ability to adapt to a changing refugee landscape while delivering measurable outcomes and community impact.

Qualifications

• Background in refugee resettlement and program leadership.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with ethnic communities, policy makers, faith-based organizations, and community partners.
• Diplomacy, resilience, and flexibility to navigate the refugee resettlement landscape.
