For our client, we are seeking a Power Consultant Senior Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This role will guide complex energy consulting engagements from planning through delivery, with a strong focus on project economics, scope, schedules, and client outcomes. The position partners closely with project developers, financial advisors, senior management, and other stakeholders to keep work aligned with business and client objectives. It also supports proposal development and contract work while helping manage commercial and execution risks across diverse power generation and energy technology projects.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $131,300 – $237,350 annually

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including project developers and financial advisors
• Monitor and review project economics, including costs and operational budgets
• Plan and report on project activities and schedules
• Lead project teams to meet client objectives
• Facilitate status meetings with team members and clients
• Assist senior management with project proposals and contracts
• Manage project scope and address change issues

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience in energy consulting and evaluation of power generation technologies
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline; relevant experience may substitute for degree
• Expertise in renewable energy sources such as solar and wind, as well as thermal and energy storage technologies
• Experience assessing commercial risks in contracts related to construction and procurement
• Ability to travel up to 10-15% of the time
