Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a technical college or university in engineering or a technical/scientific discipline.
• Twenty years of engineering and project management experience combined (min 5 years in engineering/product development, min 10 years of project lead/management).
• Hands-on experience with project management and leadership.
• Experience managing/executing software development projects in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead large high-tech, regulated, product development programs with multiple projects.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Plan staffing, budget, schedule, vendor management, and contractual deliverables.
• Identify risks early and communicate program status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with account manager and support business development and marketing efforts.
