Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have manufacturing experience in the defense industry.
• Engineering or business degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• PM certification (PMP or DAU level 3) preferred.
• Experience with earned value cost accounting and reporting.
• Track record of managing complex aerospace/defense programs.
• Active DoD security clearance or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead the line of business (LOB) and/or Company (CO) program management lifecycle from development through sustainment.
• Track program cost, schedules and performance against milestones and report status to management.
• Develop recovery plans for yellow and red programs and implement improvements.
• Coordinate with customers, business development, marketing and sales to enhance the portfolio.
• Lead monthly program reviews and manage risk throughout the lifecycle.
