Job summary

Marks, part of the Propelis Group, a consumer experience agency, is seeking a Sr Project Manager to oversee projects from conception through delivery in Pittsburgh, PA. You will gather requirements, build plans, confirm cost structures, and manage schedules to meet margins.

This onsite role requires leadership, budget management, and coordination with internal teams and outside vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Development, Project Management or related field.
• MBA/Master’s degree preferred.
• 6+ years progressive project management experience, with leadership exposure.
• Travel locally, nationally and/or internationally as needed.
• Strong analytical, budgeting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assembles project plans and assigns tasks, driving timely delivery and margin.
• Leads meetings and relays project information to stakeholders and vendors.
• Creates and manages timelines to deliver products on time.
• Adheres to standard PM processes and methodologies.
• Ensures on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Develops budgets, tracks expenses, and roles out resource plans.
• Directs daily work, monitors quality, and communicates milestones.
• Manages scope with change controls and documentation.
• Coordinates cross-functional communication across the organization.
