Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. is seeking a on-site Program Cost, Schedule, and Control Analyst in Lake Charles, LA. You will support the Business Management team, interfacing with program managers and CAMs to provide financial analysis and reporting for defense systems projects.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in business/finance or related field with 5+ years (Level 3) or 8+ years (Level 4) of program control experience, strong Excel, and on-site availability up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Experience with cost and schedule control or program management.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate with program managers and control account managers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports and cost forecasts.
• Support DoD CSDR deliverables and EVMS compliance.
• Develop annual operating plans and long-range strategic plans.
• Monitor budgets and perform variance analysis to ensure contractual alignment.
