Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems seeks a Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 3) to support the InSITE and NOVASTAR programs within the Mission Data Management unit. This role interfaces with program managers and business managers to provide financial analysis and cost control across multiple locations.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree with applicable experience (or a Master’s) plus strong Excel and SAP skills, and the ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in business administration, finance, accounting, financial analysis or industry related fields; or Master's with 3 years of experience; or 9 years in lieu of degree.
• Strong computer skills with high-level Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting).
• Experience with SAP.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an Active DoD Secret security clearance; on-site work required.

Responsibilities

• Support program cost control and forecasting.
• Support program invoicing review for accuracy and completeness.
• Support coordination of multiple IWO relationships between the program and other sectors.
• Contribute to monthly rolling forecast updates.
• Submit SAPFast updates when new customer modifications are received.
• Support miscellaneous program efforts as applicable.
