Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Sector is seeking a Program Cost Control Analyst (Level 3) in Redondo Beach, CA. This 100% onsite position supports budgeting, scheduling, and EVM for critical space programs. You will lead monthly and quarterly financial deliverables, develop the annual operating plan and long-range strategy, and monitor cost and schedule performance across contracts.

Experience with government contracting, EVMS tools, and FP&A is preferred. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of professional experience or Master’s with 3 years, or PhD.
• Experience with financial analysis, reporting, and EVM.
• Knowledge of government contracting procedures and cost control guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning, reporting, and analysis of key financial metrics for the Space Sector.
• Lead monthly and quarterly financial deliverables and analysis.
• Support annual operating plan and long-range strategic plan development.
• Set up cost control system, monitor costs and schedules on contracts.
• Perform Earned Value Management tasks including WBS, baseline, estimates to complete.
• Assist with audits, negotiations, and funding requests to government.
