Northrop Grumman is seeking a Program Cost Control Analyst – Level 4 in Redondo Beach, CA, requiring SCI clearance. This on-site role focuses on budgeting, cost control, EVM, and financial planning for key Space Systems programs.

You will lead monthly/quarterly reporting, develop forecasts, and support audits and government proposals. Strong analytics, FAR/DFAR familiarity, and defense industry experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business Administration; 8+ years’ experience acceptable in lieu of degree
• Experience with financial analysis or reporting systems and MS Office Suite
• Active U.S. Government Top-Secret or SCI clearance required at time of application
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and cost control processes
• Familiarity with FAR/DFAR and defense contracting environments

Responsabilités

• Lead monthly and quarterly financial deliverables and analysis for Space Sector programs
• Manage budgets, schedules, and funding profiles; perform variance analysis
• Support audits, funding requests, and government reporting requirements
• Develop and maintain cost control systems and WBS structures
• Collaborate with BD and PM to create annual operating and long-range plans
