Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Program Cost Control Analyst (Level 3) in Redondo Beach, CA. The role focuses on budget and schedule planning, EVM, and cost control across ISD and MDO divisions. This position is 100% onsite with a 9/80 schedule and requires SCI clearance.

You will prepare budgets, perform analyses, and support government and internal audits while coordinating with senior leadership and business development to drive profitability and strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of professional experience, or Master's with 3 years
• Active U.S. Government SCI clearance at time of application
• Experience with financial analysis or reporting

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning, reporting, and analysis of financial metrics for ISD/MDO; quarterly EAC and cash flow assessments
• Lead monthly and quarterly financial deliverables and analysis
• Communicate financial progress and provide insight to senior leadership regularly
• Support monthly BU Operations reviews with forecasts and variance narratives
• Lead development of the Annual Operating Plan and Long-Range Strategic Plan with cross-functional teams
• Set up cost control system and monitor costs and schedules on contracts with validated cost schedule control system
• Support audits and reviews requested by programs, customers, and company management
