Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years of experience in program administration or related activities.
• Experience supporting student engagement, leadership development, or higher education programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and outreach to attract undergraduate students for the Becker Fellows.
• Onboard annual Becker Fellows cohorts and manage communications.
• Oversee day-to-day administration and reporting for the Becker Government Leadership Initiative.
• Develop programming that helps students explore public service pathways.
• Monitor participation, engagement, and progress across the Becker Fellow program.
• Support logistics for events, workshops, and practitioner residencies.
