Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform high-level administrative tasks with independence and priority setting.
• Provide guidance to staff on programs and ensure policy compliance.
• Lead small projects or subcomponents of larger projects with the Director's oversight.
• Assist in coordinating programs to ensure effective service delivery.
• Develop and implement project-related activities and deliverables.
• Document reports, meeting minutes, progress and budgets; maintain records.
• Ensure timely program activities meet customer expectations and deadlines.
• Collect data, perform preliminary analysis, and present results to leadership.
