You will serve as a key operational partner, coordinating program operations, student support services, admissions activities, accreditation efforts, and strategic initiatives that contribute to student success and program excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3 years of relevant administrative, program coordination, or management experience.
Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a complex environment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

Lead program operations and coordination by managing daily office activities and calendars.
Coordinate classroom and exam scheduling and serve as a liaison for students, faculty, staff, and university partners.
Support program leadership and governance, including scheduling, correspondence, and maintenance of resources.
Enhance the student experience by coordinating advising, mentor assignments, and tracking progress.
Manage data, reporting, accreditation activities, and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
Coordinate events, budgets, and special projects to advance program goals.
