Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead program operations and coordination by managing daily office activities, calendars, classroom and exam scheduling, and coordinating communications with students, faculty, staff, and university partners.
• Support program leadership and governance through administrative support to senior leaders, scheduling, correspondence, meeting coordination, and maintenance of resources and policies.
• Enhance the student experience by coordinating advising processes, faculty advisor and peer mentor assignments, tracking progression and milestones, and supporting student success initiatives.
• Manage data, reporting, and accreditation activities by maintaining program databases, preparing annual/regulatory reports, supporting accreditation self-studies, and contributing to quality improvement.
• Coordinate events, budgets, and special projects by planning orientations, ceremonies, reviewing expenditures, and leading operational improvement projects.
