Upholding Duke University School of Nursing’s commitment to excellence, this Senior Program Coordinator supports the Pre-Licensure Program by coordinating operations, admissions, accreditation activities, and strategic initiatives that drive student success and program excellence.

You will work with program leadership, faculty, students, and university partners to ensure effective program communications, data management, and continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Three years of administrative, program coordination, or management experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience handling multiple priorities and deadlines in a complex environment.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead program operations and daily office activities for the Pre-Licensure Program.
• Coordinate classroom and exam scheduling and serve as the primary liaison for students, faculty, staff, and university partners.
• Support governance, scheduling, correspondence, and maintenance of resources and policies for program leadership.
• Coordinate advising processes, faculty advisor and peer mentor assignments, and tracking of student progression.
• Manage program data, reporting, accreditation activities, and support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Plan orientations, recognition ceremonies, faculty and student events, monitor expenditures, and assist with budget preparation and financial transactions.
