Qualifications

• 3–5 years of office management experience.
• 3–5 years of office management in a medical setting or GME.
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Detail orientation, self-motivation and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate interview season; coordinators are the program’s face.
• Oversee applications, interviews, ranking sessions and rank-list submission.
• Maintain documentation and monitor evaluation processes.
• Handle adverse evaluations and potential actions in accordance with policies.
• Understand accreditation, board and institutional requirements, including regulations.
• Manage resident activities and schedules; track competencies.
• Produce reports, summaries and reviews of training activities.
• Understand employment, visas and disciplinary actions; ensure compliance.
