Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of Credentialing experience required.
• Associate’s Degree in office administration, business, computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Administers credentialing/recredentialing/reappointment process for designated providers ensuring compliance with accrediting standards.
• Coordinates verification of documentation and ensures timely follow-up.
• Maintains a comprehensive practitioner database with documentation integrity.
• Provides status reports, ad hoc queries, and summaries as requested.
• Supports leaders and committees with bylaws, procedures, and hospital rules.
• Executes daily tasks to ensure production and quality standards.
• Completes assigned goals.
