The position emphasizes collaboration with health centers, clinical teams, and community partners, plus data-driven reporting and quality improvement to advance child health and obesity prevention goals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation of the Healthy in the City program expansion, managing project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
• Support delivery and continuous improvement of family-centered health programming.
• Coordinate relationships across community health centers, healthcare providers, schools, and partners.
• Facilitate collaboration among program, clinical, and community partners.
• Liaise between program operations and evaluation, supporting data collection and reporting.
• Monitor program performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate meetings, trainings, and reports for leadership and funders.
• Support growth of implementation across centers.
