Job summary

Boston Children’s Hospital is seeking a Program Coordinator to help implement and expand the Healthy in the City initiative, focusing on family-centered health programming and collaboration with community partners in the Boston area.

The role emphasizes coordinating plans, engaging stakeholders, and collecting data to support evaluation, quality improvement, and grant reporting. Strong communication and ability to manage multiple priorities are essential as the program grows across centers.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in Public Health, Community Health, Health Administration, Social Work, Human Services, Population Health, or related field is required (Master’s preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation of Healthy in the City program expansion with project plans, timelines, processes, and stakeholder communications.
• Support delivery and continuous improvement of family-centered health programming (nutrition, physical activity, family engagement, resource navigation).
• Coordinate relationships across community health centers, healthcare providers, schools, and community partners to support implementation and engagement.
• Facilitate collaboration among program, clinical, and community partners for effective communication and coordinated service delivery.
• Coordinate data collection and reporting for program evaluation, quality improvement, and grant reporting.
• Monitor program performance and identify improvement opportunities to strengthen participant experience.
• Plan meetings, trainings, and partner communications; prepare reports and funding updates for leadership and funders.
• Support growth and replication of the model at additional centers through documentation of workflows and partnerships.
