Qualifications

Posting Summary: Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Senior Program Coordinator (Community Engagement) for the School of Engineering. Reporting to the Associate Dean for Innovation in Engineering Education, this position ensures student projects demonstrate authentic engineering design/analysis/safety, satisfy ABET-aligned outcomes, and meet SoE's badge certification standards. This position partners with the Program Coordinator for Community Engagement (PCCE) in the NB Provost's Office, with the School of Engineering faculty advisors, and community organizations to embed community voice in the engineering student design cycle process.

  • Coordinates the engineering validation and academic integration of community-engaged engineering student projects within the School of Engineering (SoE).
  • Supports senior design/course-embedded projects and student organization community engagement projects.

Mid Range Salary: 84393.980

Maximum Salary: 100509.480
