Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Sr Program Controls Specialist to provide cost analysis, process improvements, and performance tracking for multi‑site programs. You will partner with the Integrated program team to develop baselines, monitor costs, and support earned value management.

The role reports to the Sr Program Controls Manager and is based in Allentown, PA with a Hybrid schedule, requiring relocation if not local.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management, Business, or Finance with 5+ years of Project Controls experience, or 10+ years without a degree.
• 5+ years in oil & gas, petrochemical, automation, or electronics industry.
• MS Office and SAP Project System experience.
• 5+ years of knowledge in cost estimating, tracking and control; contracts & business analysis.

Responsibilities

• Define project scopes, develop WBS, and establish budgets for projects.
• Deliver timely cost, revenue, and billing reports and forecasts.
• Support cost monitoring standards, reporting, and control systems.
• Assist with budget allocation and change management processes.
• Coordinate invoicing milestones and ensure GAAP compliance in billing.
• Provide proactive cost assessments and support program margins.
