Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and several years of experience.
• Experience with EVMS, cost/schedule controls, and EAC processes.
• Proficient with Excel/Word/PowerPoint and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a baseline compliant with program instructions and EVMS policy.
• Develop cost data deliverables and performance reports (CFSRs, 1921, 1921-1).
• Coordinate quarterly EACs, BCRs, and program financial planning.
