Honeywell INC. is seeking a Senior Program Controls Specialist in Miami to oversee budgets, schedules, and performance across complex projects.

The role requires collaboration with Project Management, Engineering, Finance, and Field Service to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and adherence to corporate standards. The ideal candidate will bring robust experience in project controls, financial analysis, and scheduling tools, with a strong ability to manage risks and communicate with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in program/ project controls or related field.
• Experience with budgets, forecasting, cost control, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, costs, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor project performance and identify cost, schedule, and execution risks.
• Support installation and implementation teams through the project lifecycle.
• Track projects from planning and budgeting through installation, commissioning, customer acceptance, and closeout.
• Partner with Project Management, Finance, Engineering, Field Service, contractors, and customers.
• Ensure project compliance, reporting, and adherence to Honeywell processes and standards.
• Provide financial, schedule, and performance reporting to leadership.
