Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. seeks a Program Controls Reporting Manager to lead enterprise-level reporting and dashboard delivery for a large rail transportation capital program.

You will translate cost, schedule, risk, change, and performance data into visual, decision-ready reports that support leadership oversight and governance. You will drive automation using Power BI and collaborate across Program Controls, Finance, and leadership to ensure timely, accurate insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, finance, project management, or a related discipline.
• 8 years of relevant experience, or demonstrated equivalency of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain program-wide reporting policies, procedures, templates, and tools aligned with cost, schedule, and scope controls.
• Establish standardized reporting workflows and governance frameworks for consistent performance communication.
• Manage the program reporting calendar, milestone deadlines, and recurring deliverable requirements.
• Lead the preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual program performance reports.
• Integrate progress, cost, cash flow, earned value, risk, and forecast data into consolidated reporting products.
• Support executive and board-level reports highlighting KPIs, emerging risks, and management actions.
