AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Programs Controls Manager to join our team for a multi‑state pharma megacampus project. You will deliver independent cost and schedule oversight via EVM, predictive forecasting, change order governance, and long lead item tracking.

This leadership role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering‑related field and 20+ years in project controls, with experience on multi‑billion projects and pharma or heavy process industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 20+ years professional experience in project controls or program management.
• Experience on multi‑billion‑dollar programs.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience; also will consider experience in other heavy process industries.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent cost and schedule oversight via EVM and forecasting.
• Maintain risk register with Monte Carlo analysis and risk‑adjusted baselines.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
