Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Senior Program Controls Specialist in Miami, FL. You will oversee financial, scheduling, compliance, and operational control of projects from planning through closeout, ensuring adherence to Honeywell standards and budgets.

The role collaborates with Project Managers, Engineering, Field Service, and customers to keep projects on schedule and within budget, with a focus on lifecycle management and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Project Management, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in program controls, project controls, or related field.
• Strong experience with project budgets, financial analysis, forecasting, and cost control.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, timelines, and schedule control.
• Experience supporting projects through full lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, costs, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor project performance and identify cost, schedule, risks.
• Support installation and implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track projects from planning to closeout.
• Partner with PM, Finance, Engineering, and contractors.
